• Integrations between the tools you already use (CRM, ERP, communication, finance, etc.)

• Documentation, training, and team enablement
• 30 days of post-launch support and refinement

Service 4 — Scaling and Optimization (Ongoing)

What it is: A monthly retainer engagement providing ongoing optimization, performance tuning, and strategic support for businesses that already have AI and automation infrastructure in place.

• Continuous tuning and refinement of workflows

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Operations Blueprint ($695): Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours before the booked time. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. The written Blueprint document, once delivered, is non-refundable.

The Playbook and The Build (custom scope): Payment terms and refund eligibility are defined in each written Statement of Work signed before work begins. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced; remaining payments are tied to milestone delivery.

Scaling and Optimization (monthly retainer): Billed monthly in advance. May be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice via email to our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided, but no further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

How to request a refund or cancellation: Submit your request via our contact page with your business name, the service involved, and the date of purchase. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
