For questions about a current engagement, billing inquiries, refund requests, or technical support, please submit the form on this page or use any of the contact methods above. We respond to all inquiries within one business day during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern time).
Response time targets:
- General inquiries: within 1 business day
- Active client support: within 4 business hours
- Billing and refund requests: within 2 business days
- Urgent issues for retainer clients: same business day
Refunds and Cancellations
Operations Blueprint sessions ($695) may be cancelled with full refund up to 48 hours before the booked time. Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Custom-scope engagement refunds are governed by each signed Statement of Work. Full policy is on our services page.
