Pricing

- Operations Blueprint: $695 (one-time, charged at booking)
- The Playbook (Systems Mapping): Custom scope, typically starts at $15,000
- The Build (Custom Systems and AI Development): Custom scope, typically starts at $25,000
- Scaling and Optimization: Starting at $5,000 per month (billed monthly in advance)

Refunds, Cancellations, and Customer Service
Operations Blueprint sessions are refundable when cancelled more than 48 hours before the booked time. Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Custom-scope engagements have refund terms defined in each signed Statement of Work. Full policy is on our services page.
